| Recommended Uses | For gloss control of nitrocellulose paint or lacquer by reducing its gloss to various levels. |
| Description | This is a highly effective matting paste for reducing mirror-like finish to lower gloss levels.
It is most suitable for nitrocellulose paint or lacquer such as brushing lacquer and clearwood lacquer.

| Application |
| Method of application | Add suitable dosage of #123 into selected paint and mix well for 5 - 10 minutes. The modified paint can then be applied as usual. |
| Reducation Ratio | - semi-gloss (gloss level* at 30% - 50%) : mix 0.5 - 1.0 part of #123 with 10 parts of thinned paint
- eggshell (gloss level* at 15% - 30%) :
mix 1.0 - 1.5 parts of #123 with 10 parts of thinned paint
- matt (gloss level* below 15%) :
mix 1.5 - 2.0 parts of #123 with 10 parts of thinned paint |

| Other Consideration | - Stir well before use.
- Close lid tightly after use.
- Store in a cool, dry place. |
| Precautions | - Flashpoint 35°C
- This product is inflammable. Keep away from sparks and open flames. No smoking should be permitted in the working area.
- Provide adequate ventilation during paint application.
- Avoid skin contact and inhalation of spray mist.
- If the product comes in contact with the skin, wash thoroughly with luke warm water and soap or suitable cleaner.
- If the eyes are contaminated, flush with water for minimum 10 minutes or diluted boric acid solution and obtain medical attention at once.
