Brief Introduction

The China Paint Mfg. Co. (1932) Ltd. was founded in 1932 and reorganized in 1946 under the previous name - The China Paint mfg. Co. (1946) Ltd. It is the first paint manufacturer established in Hong Kong. The company became the major subsidiary of China Paint Holdings Ltd., (now called CNT Group Ltd.) which went public as a listed company on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in May 1991. It is no exaggeration to say that China Paint was pioneer for the local paint industry.

The Company entered the PRC market in the early 1980’s. With the opening up of the PRC market, The China Paint Mfg. Co. (Shenzhen) Ltd. was set up in 1991 and a new factory was built. Production capability was greatly enhanced. The Company has also strengthened its operations and distribution network by setting up sales representative offices in major cities in PRC, such as Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Beijing, Shanghai, Wuhan, Chengdu, Shenyang, Nanjing and Fuzhou.

Besides Hong Kong, Macau and PRC, our sales activities extend to most Asian countries especially South East Asia. The company carries four major brands, FLOWER, GIRAFFE, TOY BRAND and DENIS. With our wide varieties of paint products, we provide total painting solution to the home users, architectural and industrial sectors.
